HP 9800 Info Help

Hello to all,

Your thoughts would be very much appreciated. I want to buy a printer which is capable of A3+ and also panoramics up to about 1 mtr in length(40 in in real measurements ). I will be printing on Matte paper 95% of the time, and at this stage I don't want to spend a fortune, as later next year if my plans work out, I will be buying a top spec A2 model. So, I was thinking of the HP 9800 deskjet. Information about the quality of the output from anyone who owns one or uses one , would be great. Infact your general opinion would be very appreciated. I can buy one here in Auckland NZ for a very reasonable price.

I have the HP 9800 and print 13 x 19 mostly. I love it. I also just purchased HP Artist Matte Canvas ( in error) which is 380 gm/2. I called HP and they said go ahead and use it. It turned out great with only a couple of flakes off of it. Everyone has been impressed so far, and it is not an ink guzzler on most paper. Cheers Jan
