Had a quick look, and as bez says - does not appear to be a consistent way of defining "whiteness" if there is such a thing. The nearest I could find is Ilford who give a "LAB" value for some of their papers. The whitest I could see is Gold Fibre Silk with a value of

Tint (CIE L*a*b*) 97.0, – 0.5, 0.2 - and whiteness of 100 - even though they talk of this having creamy whites.
