Help with loading the CD tray for R800

I have tried loading the CD tray to my recently bought second-hand R800 and it keeps rejecting it saying that it isn't incerted correctly.

Does anyone have any troubleshooting ideas for this one please??

Mine works OK on my R1800. Have you checked the online manual?

Thanks Murray - like a typical bloke it's always a last resort to read the manual. Anyway, have done so and after 2 hours have managed to print (wow it's complicated with the settings etc.!).

However, the print quality is awful. It's like the ink doesn't want to adhere to the surface. What type of CD's, if any, have you found or anyone found good to print on?

You can't use ordinary CDs - you have to get special inkjet printable ones. Then the quality's fine.
