Incredimail

I use Incredimail for my e-mails and find it pretty good.
BUT yesterday I upgraded to the latest version and my Address Book containing details of everyone I have ever contacted was wiped clean.
I seem to remember seeing something about "your address book will not be compatible with IE7" but ignored it I only have IE 6.
I have tried everything to find my address book without success.
Has anyone any ideas ?

You could try using Windows 'restore point' to a date prior to upgrading incredimail then save address book. Upgrade incredimail again and import saved addrerss book.
Might work -- worth a try.

Nope - tried system restore - no luck.
Incredimail (give them their due) sent me an e-mail telling me to go thru documents and settings to address book then copy it to the desktop and import it from there to Incredimail.
I got as far as the last bit then it told me that the address book was empty. It had about 100 in it last time I looked.
I am now going to have to call in my local (very expensive) computer expert to sort this or write 100 letters asking people for their addresses.
