Not A3, but I've found two A2 frames today for the bargain price of £11.98 the pair at a discount shop in Salisbury.

They are plastic rather than glass, but the frame itself is genuine wood and they seem well made. The name on the packaging is Anker International Plc.

I've just framed a mounted A3+ print in one and the proportion of print to frame seems "right".

Not good for long term use as it scratches easily and is often slightly cloudy; a frame shop will cut picture glass to fit for a couple of £.
