The affordable HP Designjet 130 printer series is a six-color, multi-format printing system that produces fade-resistant*, photo-quality images with stunning results. Save time and money by publishing color prints in-house. With an 18 x 24 in tray and automatic roll-feed capability (standard on the 130nr model, optional on the 130 model) up to 24 inches, you can print postcard-size images, full-color pages, or banner-size images. Print speeds up to 4mpp for B size in Normal mode help get the job done. Color technologies from HP deliver reliable and accurate color. Automatic Closed Loop Color (CLC) calibration ensures consistency, while automatic Pantone calibration, offset emulations, and CMYKplus support, available via an optional RIP, provide accurate and predictable color. HP Color Layering technology produces a range of colors and smooth tonal transitions. Six printheads and individual ink cartridges mean fewer ink changes and no waste. Drivers with special graphic options are optimized to support both Mac and Windows printing.

• Rich color depth, minimal dot visibility, and uniform gloss. A six-ink writing system combines HP Color Layering technology, 2400 dpi maximum resolution, and a four-picoliter ink drop size for fine details, smooth tonal transition, a wide range of colors, and gloss uniformity.

• Graphics drivers for Mac and Windows. Optimized drivers provide key features for creative professionals, including RGB ICC profiles support and Apple ColorSync compatibility for color matching throughout your RGB workflow.
• Optional RIP for advanced color management. With an optional Adobe PostScript 3 software RIP, graphics customers have access to a wide array of HP color technologies, including Automatic PANTONE calibration, CMYKplus support, and offset emulation for robust color management in a CMYK workflow.

The standard tray holds up to 100 sheets as small as a postcard or as big as a poster (18 x 24 in.). The front bypass slot accommodates cut-sheets up to 24 inches in width, while the rear bypass slot is designed to handle heavy and rigid HP media of weights up to 80 lb (300 g/m2). Use the automatic roll feed* for images up to 24 inches wide 50 feet long.
• Media that shows off your ideas. Choose the media type that best conveys your concepts with durable HP media. The HP Designjet 130 printer series can handle stock in weights up to 80 lb (300 g/m2), as well as thick or rigid media (up to .02 inches, or 0.4 mm). Choose from a variety of media finishes, including HP Premium Plus Photo and Proofing Gloss and HP Photo Matte.

Use draft mode to deliver prints even faster when a quick check is all you need. Or Best mode when only top quality will do.
